Australian Clutch Services Hydraulics Go Nationwide

Australian Clutch Services have recently introduced their extensive hydraulics range to domestic warehouses around the country. The range is now available from ACS warehouses in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Townsville, Darwin and Perth.

The introduction of this range to the warehousing network allows for quicker delivery times on a range of popular hydraulic components. “Introducing hydraulics to our warehouses around Australia will provide excellent benefits to our distribution network.” Says Brenton Jordan, ACS Managing Director, “The expansion allows us to reduce delivery times to our customers substantially whilst also allowing customers to order popular hydraulic components and a clutch kit and have both delivered at the same time.”

The addition of hydraulics to warehouses around Australia is designed to support distributors who require these products in a short time frame. “As these products can often be critical to a clutch installation and therefore time frame to get a car back on the road, it is vital to ensure our distributors are supported with the stock and range to ensure they are able to provide the required parts to their customers.” Says Mr Jordan.

The Australian Clutch Services hydraulics range covers thousands of vehicles and includes a variety of replacement components as well as performance upgrades for modified vehicles. The most common hydraulic components include master cylinders, slave cylinders and concentric slave cylinders. These components are available for vehicles from around the world including Japanese, Chinese, Korean, European and American applications.

ACS also stock a wide range of clutch hoses including their recently launched braided lines range. “Over the past decade we have constantly updated and developed our range of hydraulics to ensure that we offer the widest range possible.” Explains Mr Jordan, “The range covers passenger car, 4x4, light commercial and heavy commercial vehicles and we will often have these hydraulics available as options when purchasing a clutch kit to ensure the installer has everything that they require for a successful installation.”

Along with the expansion of the hydraulics, ACS have also continued to develop their extensive range of accessories such as clutch forks, bearings, pressure plate and flywheel bolts, pivot balls and dowel pins.

“Throughout the development process of a kit, we are always looking for ways to make the kit the most comprehensive available. We look for common fail points in the vehicle’s systems and try to ensure that we have these products easily available or include them in the kit.” Explains Mr Jordan, “Hydraulics are a commonly replaced item with high wear rates and we often recommend replacing these when the clutch is out of the vehicle. We also see high wear rates in accessories so have made items such as clutch forks and bearings easily available for the installer.”
