Australian Clutch Services Release New Technical Video

Australian Clutch Services have recently released a new technical video on the clutch fork removal and setup in Holden Colorado and Rodeo as well as Isuzu D-max vehicles.

The video illustrates the correct removal procedure which is a common challenge for those working on these vehicles for the first time. “The procedure for removing the bearing from the diaphragm can be difficult to determine for people who have not removed these before.” explains ACS Mechanical Engineer, Stewart Furze, “It is also critical to ensure that clutch fork is reinstalled on the new bearing correctly as it is very easy to install the fork in the incorrect orientation, which can then cause release issues”.

The video is the latest in the ClutchTech video series, developed in-house at ACS. The series explores a wide range of common technical queries and currently offers over 40 specific videos. The videos are then linked to products through the online catalogue and through a QR code on provided technical bulletins.

“The ClutchTech series has been a great addition to our technical support database” says Brenton Jordan, Australian Clutch Services Managing Director, “Each video provides detailed support information and it is a fantastic tool for workshops and distributors around the world.”
