Flywheel has not been machined
Indicator:
Clutch Shudder/Judder
Cause:
1. Un-machined flywheel (not even/warped)
2. Poor flywheel grinding practices (machined on a lathe)
Effect:
Vehicle vibrates when the clutch is released
Action:
1. Surface grind the flywheel
2. Check the machining surfaces are true and parallel
